Advance Auto Parts & NASCAR Kick Off the First “Advance My Track Challenge"

In case you missed it, last year we launched the "Advance My Track Challenge," and we're back for another lap in 2022! Race fans, read on to learn how you can get involved.

About the Challenge

The "Advance My Track Challenge" provides the opportunity for NASCAR-sanctioned Home Tracks to submit testimonials as to why they are the premier Short Track Racing Community in North America. Short Track racing is the backbone of stock car racing. Some of the brightest racing talent across the world launched their careers at these tracks, and the tracks continue to create new talent today.

Through the "Advance My Track Challenge,” NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series tracks will have a national platform to share not only the rich history of their tracks, but also to highlight that the track owners are local business owners and philanthropists who play a critical role in the health of their communities. While community attendance is crucial to track operations, the tracks in turn provide a source of entertainment and camaraderie among race fans and drivers throughout the racing season.

You Pick the Winners

Fans across North America* will crown the winners of the "Advance My Track Challenge". After viewing track submissions, you'll get to vote online for who you believe is the most deserving track.

  • Round 1 Voting – April 5 - May 6, 2022
  • Finalist Voting – May 9 - May 13, 2022

The top six tracks from the first round of voting will determine the finalists.

Congratulations once again to our 2021 winners:

Grand Prize ($50,000): Berlin Raceway

Second Place ($15,000): Hudson Speedway
