Rico who are eighteen (18) or older (nineteen (19) or older for AL and NE) at the time of entry; entry must be from a public social media account to allow for communication and verification of eligibility. Entries to be made by following the instructions on Sponsor’s Instagram and Twitter social media accounts at @edvance4advance (“Sponsor’s Accounts”) posted and pinned on September 12, 2023. Employees of Advance Auto Business Support, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its respective affiliates and members of the immediate families or households of the of the foregoing are not eligible. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00PM EST on September 12, 2023, and ends at 11:59PM EST on September16, 2023. Ten (10) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received through Sponsor’s Accounts; odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, with eligibility to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winners will be notified by 9/22/2023 by direct message to their social media account with instructions on how to claim their prize; if no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours of such notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner.
Prizes/Prize Restrictions: Ten (10) prizes will be awarded at random during the sweepstakes, consisting of:
• Five (5) autographed Ryan Blaney hats will be awarded, consisting of one (1) hat. ARV: $50 each.
• Five (5) autographed Ryan Blaney diecast cars will be awarded, consisting of one (1) diecast car.
ARV: $100 each |Total ARV of all prizes: $750.00
Prizes will only be awarded by Sponsor upon potential winner’s verification of eligibility and final approval of Sponsor. Sponsor will ship prizes at its own costs to addresses in the U.S., D.C. or Puerto Rico as provided by winner. Prizes to be fulfilled within two (2) to three (3) weeks of winner verification. Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize he or she receives, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.
